I am passionate about providing compassionate and professional counseling services for kids, adults, and families. I entered the helping profession out of a desire to understand the barriers that keep us from living the lives we want to live. Through my work with clients over the years, I have come to deeply value the resilience that resides in each one of us and am convinced that through fostering and growing our resiliency, we are able to heal.
